Just want to know that I very pleased about the new service area for oil changes. Keeps you from waiting in line with the other customers who need other work on their car. I am always pleased with the service from your Service Advisor's. That was one of the deciding factors of the reason I bought my Edge from McRee Ford dealership

Excellent service on my vehicle as well as customer service. I would rather drive the extra miles from Galveston to Dickinson for service rather that use someone local that does not have the customer service that McRee provides my vehicle and me. Thanks.

They forgot to rotate my tires but were very responsive to the over sight and took care of it immediately. The personnel were friendly and customer service oriented. I will return to the Quick Lane service and recommend it to others.

I called first to see if I could bring my Escape in for its first maintenance appointment. I was told there would be a two hour waiting period, but it would be fine to bring it in. I told the person on the phone that I would be coming from Pasadena, and that it would be a while before I got there. When I arrived I was waited on very promptly and courteous. I then went to the waiting area, got a couple of magazines and settled in to wait a couple of hours. Well to my surprise my Escape was ready within thirty minutes. I would like to thank everyone for their service, and I will be back in three months. Thanks again!

Quick Lane is much faster and convenient for quick services like oil change, and i have to mention the technician who performed the service on my truck actually checked my vehicle according to the check list, and actually he took his time to pull my air filter out and advised me that my K & N filter is slightly dirty and it wouldn?t hurt to clean it, I really appreciated that kind of service. Thanks again.
